Stuffed Pasta
Salad Shells
bullet1 lb. Box Jumbo Past Shells, cooked, drained, & cooled
bulletShredded Lettuce
bullet1 cup Chopped Celery
bullet1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
bullet2 Plum Tomatoes, seeded, chopped, and drained
bullet cup Red Onion, chopped fine
bullet1 cup Cheddar Cheese, cut into small cubes
bullet1 cup Pepperoni, cubed (or Cooked Chicken, or Ham)
bullet1 Hard-boiled Egg, chopped
bullet1 small jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped
bullet1 small can Sliced Black Olives, drained
bullet2 Tbs. Capers, drained
bullet cup Shredded or Grated Parmesan Cheese
bullet cup chopped fresh Basil Leaves
bullet cup Oil and Vinegar Dressing
bulletSalt and Pepper

Rob's Stuffed Pasta Salad Shells

Put a small amount of lettuce in each pasta shell. Mix together all remaining ingredients, and fill shells. Makes 35 shells.
