Rich's "Daddy's Chicken" Recipe
bullet2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breasts cut into 2 3 oz. pieces

Marinade:

bullet1 Pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
bullet1 Tsp. Onion Powder
bullet1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
bullet1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
bullet1 Tbsp. Sherry Cooking Wine
bullet1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar
bullet1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
bullet1/4 Cup Garlic Oil
bullet3 Tbsp. Water
 
 
Mix all marinade ingredients, then add cut-up chicken; mix well. Let mixture marinade in refrigerator for at least an hour, but not more than 12 hours, as the acids will begin to break down the chicken. Grill on low, slowly until fully cooked. Enjoy!
