Cream Sandwiches
bullet1 pkg. Brownie Mix (fudgy kind)
bullet1 Large Egg
bullet2 Tbsp Water
bullet1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
bullet1 can Creamy Vanilla Frosting
 
 
Preheat oven to 375. Grease cookie sheet.

Combine brownie mix, egg, water, and oil in large bowl. Stir until well blended and soft dough forms.

Drop by level tablespoon (or use a small scoop) about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.

Bake at 375 for 7 to 8 minutes, or until cookies are set in center. Do not over bake! Cool one minute before removing to cooling rack. Cool completely before assembling.

To assemble: spread frosting on half the cookies. Top each frosted cookie with another cookie. Gently press together.

bullet1 cup Sugar
bullet1 tsp Baking Powder
bullet1 Egg
bullet cup Margarine - melted
bulletCinnamon
 
 
Spray or grease 8" square or round deep dish pan peel and slice apples. In bowl, mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Beat egg and add to dry ingredients (note mixture will be dry). Spread mix over top of apples. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Drizzle with margarine.

Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes until the top is firm. Best served warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
